Third Street Family Health Services is now a partner with a mental health provider in Crawford and Marion counties. Close-to-home healthcare services are important for patient well-being and safety. Our partnership with Community Counseling and Wellness Centers (CCWC) will help strengthen the availability of mental health services in the region.

CCWC in Bucyrus and Marion are now part of our network of campuses. Their mental health services focus on the well-being of children, adults, and families challenged with substance use disorders and mental health needs. Additionally, they help patients overcome barriers to care through connections to resources such as housing, medication, and healthcare.

We gladly welcome both CCWC campuses and their patients!
