In-school health services

In Mansfield, we provide care to students within the City Schools District through Malabar Care Connect. This special campus is located inside Malabar Intermediate School at 205 W Cook Road. With our wide range of services available in school, parents don’t have to run all over town for their children's appointments. Behavioral health and primary medical services are available for any student in the district, their families, and teachers and their families.

In addition to care, there are on-site Community Health Workers who help connect patients or their families to local resources:
