Third Street Medical Pediatric CareWe provide dental, mental health, and primary medical care to all ages. From birth to retirement, we ensure our patients’ health care is affordable and accessible. Services are available regardless of your ability to pay. Our pediatric care includes services such as:

  • Patient transportation to all Third Street campuses and some local pharmacies

What in-school services are available?

Third Street Family In-School HealthcareIn Mansfield, we provide care to students within the City Schools District through Malabar Care Connect. This special clinic campus is located inside Malabar Intermediate School at 205 W Cook Road. With our wide range of services available in school, parents don’t have to run all over town for their children's appointments. Services are available for any student in the district, their families, and teachers and their families.

Malabar Care Connect also has a mobile dental service that travels to different schools throughout the year. Cleanings, exams, sealants, and X-rays are provided.

In addition to care, there are on-site Community Health Workers who help connect patients or their families to local resources:
