Family Planning & Preventive Health Services

Third Street Family Health Services is a recipient of the Ohio Department of Health’s Title X Family Planning Program. Title X is a federal grant that offers comprehensive family planning and related preventive health services. This program provides affordable services including contraceptive methods and education.

The Title X program helps strengthen families by helping parents determine the number and spacing of their children. Females and males with or without insurance are eligible. You must be at or below 100 percent of the federal poverty level. Due to donations to the program, services may be provided free or at a minimal cost.
